You know of three types of triangle:
Equilateral triangles have 3 equal sides. They must also have 3 equal angles. So each angle is 180 ÷ 3 = 60º. Isosceles triangles have two equal sides, so they have two equal angles at the base. Scalene triangles have no equal sides. All their angles are also different. |
